“Shanghai Wings Sports Company in cooperation with the Deaf International Football Association (DIFA)” will have the characteristics of a Chinese and world deaf footballer and high-quality teaching resources from FIFA and AFC to enhance the skills of football practitioners and develop professional talents in football management, sports industry, medical technology, stadium construction, PR and marketing, etc.

The Center for Sports Medical Rehabilitation will cooperate with leading international and domestic institutions for the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries. The goal is to establish here in Haikou a comprehensive international sports medical and rehabilitation center.

The “International Football Exchange Center” will make full use of Hainan’s unique geographic advantages to promote broad exchanges between high-level teams and industry experts to build a leading football exchange platform.

The total area of the training and competition base of China National Football (South) is about 800 mu. The total area includes 27 football fields, a 700-seat sports hotel, a 650-seat canteen, a physical training center, a medical rehabilitation center, an indoor swimming pool, an administration building, a large dressing room, an ecological garden, and so on. The entire facility was fully built and put into operation in December 2020.

Among the 27 football fields at the base, there are 19 outdoor fields for 11 players, 1 indoor field for 11 players, 6 fields for 7 players, 2 beach soccer fields and 2 goalkeeper training fields. Natural turf pitches use Bermuda and Zoysia grass, while artificial turf pitches use FIFA-certified artificial turf and environmentally friendly elastic rubber particles. The entire construction complies with FIFA quality standards. All pitches built have been accredited by the French laboratory Labosport: natural turf pitches have a rating of 93, while artificial turf pitches meet FIFA quality standards. There are 8 illuminated fields for night training and tournaments.
