On December 13, 2022, a meeting of the 3rd DIFA Congress was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The DIFA Congress is the highest legislative body of the International Football Association for the Deaf, the first Congress was held in 2011 in Orebro, Sweden, and since 2012 the meetings have become regular, until now there are regular and extraordinary meetings of DIFA. From what is important to know now: The DIFA Congress is meeting in two years, the meeting place can be any place on the planet where deaf football is played.
The 2nd DIFA Congress was held in Bangkok, Thailand in 2017.
During championship years, the DIFA Congress meets in countries hosting World Deaf Football or Futsal Championships.
