EXCELLENT KNOW-HOW!

EXCELLENT KNOW-HOW!

New formats of interaction are necessary for our work. DIFA, for example, has developed a video communication service similar to the popular Zoom application, which allows you to organize remote group conferences. DIFA works from the browser, all functions are provided free of charge.

Zoom itself has gained huge popularity after switching to the removal of many devices.

In fact, video conferences can solve many problems and save travel expenses.

The World Deaf Football Championships for, as it is known, is one of the few sports tournaments that continue today in the world among the deaf. The coronavirus does not spare football players, like the rest of humanity, but the DIFA executive committee does not stop football, it seems they continue football among the deaf out of principle..

Brice ALLAIN suggested that DIFA hold press conferences in Zoom so that all DIFA members and representatives of China and Kenya separately could see and hear each other. Everyone met halfway, the first press conference in the new format took place after negotiations with ICSD, its participants from DIFA.

DIFA’s know-how is very good. And, it seems to me, it is able to take root and develop. If you think carefully about all the nuances, then such an innovation is communication with the members of DIFA and the organizing committee of Malaysia.

It is already clear that the sports championships, which will soon begin to resume, will be held with the audience for a long time. In order for the fans to have up–to-date information after the matches – first of all, we are talking about the opinions and assessments of the game by its participants – it will not be necessary to let journalists into the stadiums. It is enough to organize communication using video services. And at the same time, the media can continue to work.

Today, August 29, 2023, a useful and business-like meeting was held with members of DIFA and Assistant Commissioner for Sports of the Ministry of Sports of Kenya Elizabeth Rebecca Wamalwa. We have considered the issues of applying for the 5th World Deaf Football Championships in 2027, in China.

2 federations have submitted an application with all the documents, in accordance with the regulations of DIFA and ICSD, these are the deaf sports federations of Poland and China.

The members of the Executive Committee of DIFA reviewed and discussed the holding of the 5th World Deaf Football Championships in 2027 in Hoikau, China, and DIFA supported the Chinese.

Next, we considered the issue of holding the 6th World Deaf Football Championships in 2031 in Kenya. DIFA has supported the Kenyan Deaf Sports Federation to host the World Deaf Football Championships in 2031.

Mrs. Elizabeth Rebecca Wamalwa (Assistant Commissioner for Sports of the Ministry of Sports of Kenya) was present with us and expressed her willingness to support the holding of the Deaf Football Championship in Kenya in 2031 in accordance with all articles of the DIFA.

DIFA will help with the methodological work and send a delegation to China and Kenya for inspection.

TADEO also has excellent international sign language interpreters and translated great.

DIFA is very grateful to you for your help.
