The sports infrastructure and the hotel were offered to the DIFA by Chinese investors for a period of 10 years so the DIFA owns these football infrastructure and it intends in the near future to hold training seminars for technical officials, youth deaf football camps, training of deaf football coaches and deaf referees as well as the organisation of certain deaf football competitions.
