Unveiling the Medals for the 2026 U23 World Deaf Football Championship in Chonburi, Thailand
The Organizing Committee of the 2026 U23 World Deaf Football Championship in Chonburi, Thailand, has officially unveiled the medal design for this prestigious tournament. Traditionally, all winners and runners-up receive medals in recognition of their achievements, and the design plays a significant role in shaping the visual identity of the event, alongside the logo, mascots, and opening ceremony.
The Deaf Sports Federation of Thailand has revealed that the medals for the upcoming championship, scheduled from March 14 to 26, 2026, will feature a space-themed design, inspired by the slogan:
“Thailand – You Are Simply Space.”
Crafted from brass and plated with nickel and copper, the medals will include a central rotating element and a circular ring, symbolizing the rings of planets—a fitting tribute to the championship’s cosmic theme.
This tournament presents an exceptional opportunity for young footballers to showcase their talent on the international stage and take a step toward their dreams.
