The current DIFA Statutes, Statute Implementing Regulations, and Congress Regulations were adopted at the DIFA Extraordinary Congress held in Haikou, China, on 24 April 2024.
The Deaf International Football Association (DIFA) is registered with NSW Fair Trading under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009. The Statutes set out DIFA’s objectives, membership structure, Confederation framework, Executive Committee composition, disciplinary processes, and arbitration arrangements via the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
