Brice Allain (France) has been appointed ICSD & DIFA Football Director, also serving as Futsal Assistant.
DE CARO Rosario (Italy) has been appointed ICSD & DIFA Futsal Director, also serving as Football Assistant.
Together, they bring a fresh vision for the development of deaf football and futsal, addressing key issues such as rule changes and global expansion.
- Brice Allain played a key role in DIFA’s organization of the World Deaf Football Championships in Malaysia (Football and Futsal U21) and in Kazakhstan (Futsal U21).
- DE CARO Rosario led ICSD’s organization of the Deaflympics and the World Deaf Futsal Championships in Turkey and Brazil.
