The Deaf International Football Association (DIFA) was founded in 2010, its main goal is to promote international football championships and tournaments around the world.
Since the foundation of DIFA, its first president was Iakov Frenkel, who held this post from 2011 to 2024 and is currently headed by Iakov Frenkel.
The fourth DIFA congress will be held in 2027.
In 2021, DIFA (Deaf International Federation Football Associations) celebrated its 10th anniversary.
To take part in the competition for a job at the Deaf International Football Association, you must submit an online application for a vacancy that is currently open. The application must include: a completed questionnaire in English, a detailed resume, recommendations. A motivation letter is welcome.
DIFA is the most famous international sports organization responsible for a certain discipline. Translated from English, this means the Deaf International Football Association. Unites not only big football, but also futsal, beach soccer and 7×7 football.
Activities of the Federation
Today, more than 56 countries are united under the wing of DIFA.
DIFA is a non-profit organization, but closely cooperates with the ICSD, FIFA and with various corporations and companies within the framework of the agreement on investment and development of football for the deaf.
DIFA is engaged in the organization and promotion of all football competitions of the world scale. This concerns the World Deaf Football Championship, Confederations Cup and the World Deaf Football and Futsal Club Championship. DIFA is responsible for organizing tournaments among men and women, boys and youth of all ages.
