I have been presenting to the general public a book on deaf football since 1924.
I have done a great deal of work on this book, collecting materials through interviews with many national sports federations and personal contacts of football fans, for which I express my gratitude to them.
This book will tell about the most popular game in the world – deaf football, its history, results and facts, the system of competitions and events, as well as the work of the DIFA.
Every reader can follow the events and development of football abroad.

As a coach, he led the Russian national football and futsal teams at two women’s world championships (2012 and 2016) and the European Championships 1991 (men) and 2015 (women).
In 2017, Iakov. Frenkel led the women’s team of the Russian Federation to success by winning gold at the Women’s Deaflympics in Samsun, Turkey.
