The Women’s Football Championship is an official international competition held under the auspices of DIFA and ICSD.

The first world deaf football championship was held in 2008 in Patras, Greece.

The US Women’s National Team won the World Deaf Football Championships for the third time in its history in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In the final, held on Wednesday (October 6) in Kuala Lumpur, the Americans defeated the Turkey team with a score of 3:0 and became the world champion.

The Polish women’s team won bronze medals at the 2023 World Champion.

More than 1 thousand spectators gathered to watch the game – a clear indicator that the popularity of women’s football is growing. The USA and Turkey passed the tournament with dignity and performed in the finals. They stopped one step away from gold, but made the nation proud of themselves. That’s the level of football and the differences between women’s football and men’s football.
